Application Managed Service (AMS)

Our Fixed Price Workday AMS provides your organisation with comprehensive support and maintenance for your Workday system. With our fixed price model, you gain predictability and control over your costs, ensuring your Workday environment remains optimised and efficient while you focus on your business. We offer three levels of AMS services, outlined below, to ensure you only pay for the service you require. We work in consultation with you to review and confirm the right service level to meet your needs, as well as any other specific requirements that need to be addressed.

Standard - Essential Service for integrated Workday Core HCM environments

Gold - Essential Service for integrated Workday Core HCM environments

Platinum - Elite Service for complex Workday HCM environments

The services listed below underpin each AMS level and include all options below except where denoted * which is applicable to Platinum and Gold services;

User Support - Assist Workday application users with general functional advice/guidance and troubleshooting.

Incident Management - Coordinate resolution of unplanned Workday application interruptions or performance related issues including logging and prioritising incidents, problem determination, engaging relevant resolution teams.

Application Support - Monitor and maintain deployed Workday existing application configurations to meet agreed Service Level Agreements.

Integration Support - Provide technical support and assistance to ensure effective functioning of deployed Workday application integrations with other systems.

Workday Bi-Annual Release Management - Support deployment of bi-annual updates to the Workday application, potentially undertaking agreed regression testing as required.

Minor Enhancements - Implement minor Workday application configurations in line with agreed Requirements Specifications and Statements of Work and incorporate into the Services Scope.  Can include reporting requirements. 

Pro-Active Maintenance* - Recommend and/or undertake pre-emptive maintenance in line with agreed capacity for his purpose to help prevent potential application issues emerging.

Continuous Improvement* - Quarterly Assessment to review functional expectations and envisaged future requirements, gather feedback, and recommend potential changes to drive better business outcomes and increased efficiency.
